FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

This offshore agency FAQ answers what owners in the US, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia ask before hiring a team in Lahore.

Working with an offshore IT company

Why hire a team in Pakistan instead of a local agency?

You get developers, marketers and support staff under one roof at a lower cost than most local agencies. We’ve worked with clients abroad since 2018, so written scopes, staged reviews and regular reports are standard for us.

Do I need to get on a sales call?

No. You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or the forms and get a written proposal without a call. If you’d like a video call, we’ll book one in your time zone.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Your website address, a short description of the problem and a list of the tools you use today. We’ll ask for user access to specific systems once the proposal is approved.

Pricing and contracts

How do you price your work?

Ongoing work gets a fixed monthly scope and price. Builds get a project price split into milestones. Both are quoted in writing after a free audit, and some services have calculators for a quick ballpark.

How long is the contract?

Contract length and notice period are written into your proposal before you sign. You’ll know exactly how to pause or stop before any work starts.

What if I need something outside the scope?

We send a short written quote for the extra work. Nothing is built or billed until you approve it.

Communication and time zones

When is your team available?

Our working day overlaps with the UK and European morning and the Australian afternoon. For US and Canadian clients we keep evening hours in Lahore open, which covers your morning.

How will I know what’s being done?

You get a written report every two weeks covering work completed, results and next steps. Between reports, we share staging links and drafts for review over email, WhatsApp or shared docs.

Data security, NDAs and ownership

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We’ll sign yours before the audit or send our own. We also limit access to the people working on your account.

Who owns the code, website and accounts?

You do. Domains, hosting, ad accounts, Google Business Profile, CRM and code repositories stay in your name, and we work as invited users. Once a project is paid for, the code we wrote for it is yours.

How do you handle customer data?

We only access the records a task needs and keep them in your systems where possible. For European customers we follow GDPR rules, covered on our GDPR page.

Payments and AI use

Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR or AUD. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, and builds are billed by milestone as each stage is approved.

Do you use AI to do the work?

Yes, where it saves time without lowering quality. We use Claude and ChatGPT to draft posts, write code and sort data, and a person on our team reviews every output before it reaches you.

Will my data be used to train AI models?

We don’t paste sensitive records into public chat tools, and we use API settings that keep your inputs out of model training where the provider offers them. Tell us if you have extra rules, and we’ll follow them.
