How a month of social media runs with us
- Set your brand voice and content pillars Before the first post, we write down how your brand talks, the words you never use, and the handful of topics you’ll post about, such as service explainers, customer questions, behind-the-scenes and offers. This document guides every caption we write.
- Plan and draft the full month We lay out the month in a shared calendar with dates, platforms, topics and formats. AI produces first drafts from your pillars and source material, then an editor rewrites, fact-checks and trims each caption.
- Design a branded graphic for every post Each post gets its own graphic using your logo, colors and fonts, sized for the platform it’s going to. Carousels, quote cards and simple explainers are all built from a template set we make for you.
- You review the calendar a month ahead You get next month’s calendar while this month is still running. Leave comments in the sheet, ask for rewrites, or approve it as it is.
- Schedule natively or through your scheduler Approved posts go into Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram and into LinkedIn’s own scheduler for your company page. If you already pay for a tool like Buffer or Hootsuite, we can use that instead.
- Get performance notes every two weeks Every two weeks you get short notes on what drew reactions, comments, shares and link clicks, what fell flat, and what we’ll change in the next calendar.

Will you promise a number of followers or likes?
No. We don’t promise follower counts or reaction numbers, because anyone who does is guessing or buying fake accounts. We commit to the scope in your proposal, on-time posting and honest notes every two weeks on what’s working.
Do I need to get on sales calls or weekly meetings?

Who owns the pages and the graphics?
