Who Webflow suits
Webflow is a hosted visual website builder that outputs clean HTML and CSS, with a built-in CMS, hosting and interactions. We design and build Webflow sites with a proper class system and component library, so your team can add pages that look like they were made by the original designer.
Webflow is the right pick when marketing owns the website, launches pages often, and values visual control over a giant plugin ecosystem. Startups, B2B SaaS companies, creative studios and agencies use it heavily. Hosting, SSL, a CDN and updates are handled by Webflow, so there’s no plugin patching.
It’s a weaker fit when you need deep custom logic, user accounts or many third-party plugins. Those projects belong on WordPress or Laravel. And CMS collections have item and plan limits, so very large content libraries can suit Next.js with a headless CMS better.
What our Webflow designers and developers build
Component-based builds
Webflow Components and a consistent class naming system such as Client-First, so new pages stay on brand.
CMS collections
Collections for blog posts, case studies, team, services and locations, with templates that generate SEO-ready pages from each item.
Interactions and motion
Scroll and hover animations built with Webflow Interactions or GSAP, kept light so they don’t hurt load times.
Figma to Webflow
We turn approved Figma designs into responsive Webflow pages, with breakpoints checked on real phones and tablets.
Forms and connections
Webflow forms routed to HubSpot, Mailchimp, Slack or your CRM through native connectors, Zapier or Make.
Localization
Webflow Localization set up for language and region versions, with translated slugs and SEO fields.
How a Webflow project runs
- Plan pages and collections We agree static pages, CMS collections and fields, and how the editor will add new content.
- Design in Figma Mockups for each template on mobile and desktop. You approve before we open Webflow.
- Build the style system Global colors, type scale, spacing and components first, then pages built from those parts.
- SEO and accessibility setup Titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph images, schema embeds, alt text, 301 redirects and heading order, checked against WCAG 2.2 AA basics.
- Editor training and launch A recorded walkthrough of the Editor and Designer, then we publish to your domain and connect Search Console and GA4.
Included in Webflow builds
- Site and workspace set up in your account
- Responsive layouts for all Webflow breakpoints
- CMS templates that fill SEO titles and descriptions from each item
- 301 redirects from your old site
- Cookie consent and GA4 via Tag Manager
- Style guide page so editors can see every component
Keeping Webflow fast and findable
Webflow sites can get heavy when every section has its own animation and every image is uploaded at full size. We set image sizes per breakpoint, lazy-load anything below the fold, limit custom code embeds and keep interactions to the ones that help someone understand the page.
On the SEO side, Webflow gives you clean markup, auto-generated sitemaps and editable meta fields, but it leaves schema and internal linking to you. We add JSON-LD schema through embeds and CMS fields, and plan internal links between service, location and blog pages. Our SEO team can take it from there after launch.
Questions we get about Webflow development
Is Webflow better than WordPress?
Neither is better across the board. Webflow is easier for visual editing and needs no plugin maintenance. WordPress has more plugins, more hosting choice and handles larger content libraries and complex features more easily.
Who pays for Webflow hosting?
You do, directly to Webflow, on the site plan that fits your traffic and CMS size. We set the workspace up in your name so you keep control of billing and ownership.
Can you move our site to Webflow?
Yes. We rebuild the design in Webflow, import blog posts and CMS content by CSV or API, and map redirects from every old URL. See website migration for how we protect rankings during a move.
Can our team break the design?
Editors working in the Editor or with page building restricted to components have limited ability to break layouts. We set roles so only designers can change the class system.
How much does a Webflow site cost?
It depends on page count, CMS collections and interactions. Use the website cost calculator for an estimate, or get a fixed-price proposal after a free audit.
