Design that starts with what users are trying to do
UX (user experience) design decides the structure: which pages or screens exist, what’s on each, and the steps a person takes to finish a task. UI (user interface) design decides how it looks: layout, type, color, buttons, icons and states. We do both, in that order, because a beautiful screen in the wrong flow still loses customers.
We design marketing websites, web app UI for portals and dashboards, and mobile app screens. The deliverable is a Figma file with every screen, every state and a component library, ready for our developers or yours.
Good UX work is mostly decisions, and decisions need evidence. We look at where visitors click, where they stop scrolling and which form fields they abandon, then design around that. A booking flow that asks for an account before showing availability, or a quote form with fifteen fields on one screen, are the kinds of problems that show up in the data long before anyone complains.
You can hire us for design alone, or carry the files straight into a build with our custom website development, Laravel or mobile app development teams.
Our UI/UX process
- Research We review analytics, heatmaps, support tickets and competitors, and talk to your team about where customers get stuck. For apps, we interview a handful of real users when possible.
- Sitemap and user flows We map pages or screens and draw the key flows, such as booking a service, requesting a quote or onboarding a new account.
- Wireframes Grayscale layouts in Figma that settle content and hierarchy before any visual styling, so feedback stays on structure.
- Visual design Full-color screens using your brand, or a new look from our branding and design team, for mobile and desktop.
- Clickable prototype Linked Figma prototypes you can tap through on a phone and share with colleagues before a line of code is written.
- Developer handover Annotated specs, spacing and type tokens, exported assets and a component library, plus a review of the first built screens.
Web app UI design and website UX deliverables
Design system
Colors, type scale, spacing, buttons, forms, cards and tables as reusable Figma components with variants.
All the states
Empty, loading, error, success and disabled states for every key component, which is where web app designs usually fall short.
Responsive layouts
Mobile, tablet and desktop versions for each template or screen.
Accessible choices
Contrast ratios, focus states, touch target sizes and form labels designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA from the start.
Dashboard and data views
Tables, filters, charts and summaries that make busy screens readable for admin users.
Microcopy
Button labels, error messages, empty-state text and onboarding hints written alongside the design.
When clients bring us in
Before a new build
Getting flows and screens right in Figma is far cheaper than changing them after development.
When conversions are low
A UX review of forms, checkout or booking flows to find where people drop off.
When a product has grown messy
Years of added features without a design system lead to inconsistent screens. We audit and consolidate them.
Before raising or selling
Founders who need a polished prototype to show investors or early customers.
Questions we get about UI/UX design services
What’s the difference between UI and UX design?
UX covers structure and flow: what screens exist and how people move through them. UI covers the visual layer: layout, type, color and components. Good projects need both, and we deliver them together.
Do you only design, or also build?
Both. Many clients take the Figma files to their own developers, and others have us build the website or app too. Either way, you own the design files.
Can you redesign just part of our app?
Yes. We often start with one high-impact flow like onboarding, checkout or the main dashboard, then extend the design system to other screens over time.
Do you test designs with users?
Where budget and access allow, we run quick usability tests on the clickable prototype with a few real users. At minimum, your team reviews the prototype on real devices before sign-off.
How is UI/UX design priced?
We price design after a free audit based on the number of screens, flows and research needed, with a fixed-scope written proposal. For full website projects, the website cost calculator includes design.
