Why we don’t publish a rate card
Two businesses asking for “a CRM automation” can need very different things. One wants new leads copied from a web form into HubSpot. The other wants leads scored by AI, routed to the right rep, and followed up by email for two weeks.
A flat rate card would overcharge the first and underquote the second. So we look first, then price.
How AI automation agency pricing works with us
Fixed monthly scopes for retainers
Ongoing work such as social media, SEO, workflow monitoring or BPO support gets a fixed monthly scope listing exactly what’s delivered. Same price each month unless you change the scope.
Project pricing for builds
Websites, CRMs, stores, apps and one-off automations get a single project price split into milestones. You pay per stage as each one is approved.
Priced after a free audit
We review your site, tools and goals first, then send a written proposal. No sales call needed to get a number.
Changes quoted before they happen
Anything outside the agreed scope gets a written quote. If you don’t approve it, it doesn’t get built or billed.
Get a ballpark in two minutes
Three of our services have calculators that give you a rough range before you talk to us:
The website cost calculator covers page count, features and platform. The automation ROI calculator estimates the hours a workflow could save. The social media pricing calculator prices posting frequency, platforms and content types.
The calculator gives you a range. The proposal after the audit gives you the actual price.
What every quote includes
- A list of deliverables in plain language
- Timeline and milestones
- The price in USD, GBP, EUR or AUD
- What’s out of scope, written down
- Reporting every two weeks for ongoing work
