Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data Intelligent Solutions Tech collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Intelligent Solutions Tech (“we”, “us”) is an IT services company based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, Pakistan. We’re the controller of personal data collected through intelligentsolutionstech.com and in our dealings with prospects and clients.

For any privacy question or request, email hassan@intelligentsolutionstech.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, company name and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries, or steps you’ve asked us to take before a contract.

Free audit requests. Your website address, business name, email address and a one-time verification code we send to confirm the email is yours. We use it to run the audit and email you the PDF report. Legal basis: steps you’ve asked us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse.

Newsletter. Your email address. You’re only added after you click the confirmation link we send (double opt-in), and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit, how they arrived and roughly where they are. GA4 doesn’t store full IP addresses. Where the law requires consent, analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. See our cookie policy.

Client work. When you hire us, we may handle personal data that sits in your systems, such as customer lists, CRM records or form entries. For that data we act as your processor, under the written proposal or agreement we sign with you. See our GDPR page.

Who we share data with

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use a small number of service providers to run our business: Google Workspace for email and documents, Google Analytics for site statistics, our web hosting provider, and email delivery tools for the newsletter. Under a client contract, we may also use AI services to process client work, such as drafting content or classifying documents, with providers that commit not to train their models on that data.

We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a legal dispute.

International transfers

We’re based in Pakistan, and our providers may store data in the United States, the European Union or elsewhere. When personal data from the EU, the UK or Switzerland is transferred to us or to our providers, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the provider’s own approved transfer mechanism.

How long we keep data

Inquiries and audit requests that don’t lead to a project are kept while we may still need to follow up, then deleted. Verification codes expire shortly after they’re sent. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Client records, invoices and contracts are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period tax and accounting law requires. Data we process for clients is returned or deleted at the end of the contract, as the contract sets out.

Your rights

EU and UK (GDPR and UK GDPR). You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, or in the UK to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share personal information, and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Australia (Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles). You can request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you. If you’re unhappy with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

To use any of these rights, email hassan@intelligentsolutionstech.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we’ll reply within the time the applicable law allows.

Security, children and changes

We limit access to personal data to people who need it for their work, use access-controlled business accounts, and work inside clients’ own systems where possible. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise absolute security, but we act quickly if something goes wrong.

Our website and services are meant for businesses and aren’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their data, and we’ll delete it if we learn we have.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we’ll flag significant changes on the site or by email where appropriate.
